#19: Peplum with Eyelets
Sleeves:
Row 7: K 4 (5, 6, 7), *k 7, k2tog, yo, k 1, yo, skp, k 7; rep from *, end k 4 (5, 6, 7).
Row 11: K 4 (5, 6, 7), *k 1, skp, k 2, k2tog, yo, k 5, yo, skp, k 2, k2tog, k 1; rep from *, end k 4 (5, 6, 7) – 59 (61, 63, 65) sts.

#28: Something More Comfortable
FRONT: When Front measures 3 ½” less than Back to shoulder, bind off 10 sts at neck edge. 
Next RS Row: At neck edge, bind off 5 (6, 7, 7) sts.
Next RS Row: At neck edge, bind off 5 (4, 3, 3) sts
Then on each RS row, dec 1 st at neck edge 3 (4, 5, 6) times. 35 (39, 43, 47) sts remain.
Work even until Front measures same as Back to shoulder. Place all sts on holder.
