Rep from ** to ** until desired length is reached, ending with Pattern A worked the full 6 times repeat.
BO all sts loosely.

Size Small only: Next row (RS): K2, K2tog, K3, work Row 1 of Chart A, rep patt 6 times across row, end K4, Sl 1, K1, psso, K2. [85 (-, -) sts rem].
Size Medium only: K1, work Row 1 of Chart A, rep patt 8 times across row, end K2. [- (99, -) sts rem]
Size Large only: K1, K2tog, K3, work Row 1 of Chart A, rep patt 8 times across row, end K4, Sl 1, K1, psso, K1. [ - (-, 109) sts rem].
All Sizes: Purl 1 row. Next row (RS): K6 (1, 5) work Row 1 of Chart A, rep patt 6 (8, 8) times across row, end K7 (2, 6). Rep these 2 rows 1 (3, 5) more times. Dec row (RS): K1, SSK, work to last 2 sts in patt, K2tog, K1. Work 5 (9, 13) rows even in patt. Next row (RS): Work Dec row as above. Work 3 rows even in patt. BO 6 (7, 7, 7) sts at beg of next 2 rows and 0 (0, 3, 4) sts at beg of next 2 rows. BO 2 sts at beg of next 10 (4, 0, 2) rows. Work Dec Row every other row 4 (9, 12, 11)) times. BO 2 sts at beg of next 6 (2, 2, 6) rows and 3 sts at beg of next 0 (4, 4, 2) rows. BO rem 18 (18, 20, 22) sts.

Project 22: Linen Lace Tank
PATTERN STITCH (multiple of 5 sts + 2 selvedge sts)
BACK
CO 112 (122, 132, 142) sts.
After all armhole shaping is complete [88, (90, 100, 102) sts rem].
After all neck shaping is complete BO 16 (17, 21, 22) sts for each shoulder.
Project 30: Child’s Tulip Color Block Pullover
BACK
With A and B, CO 101 (109) sts as foll:  with B, CO 63 (68) sts, and with A, CO 38 (41) sts.  Twisting yarns on all rows at color change using the intarsia method, work even in St st until piece meas 9 7/8 (10 5/8)” from CO, end with a WSR.  Next row (RS): Change to MC and C, work Row 1 of Horizontal Zig Zag Chart, rep patt 25 (27) times across row.  Cont as charted, working Rows 1-3 once through.
Girl’s Size 8 only: With MC, K1, K2tog, knit to end. [100 sts]. Work 2 rows even in St st.
Girls Size 10 only: Work 3 rows even in St st.
Both sizes:  With MC, beg Row 1 of Pattern Stitch, rep patt 32 (35) times across row.  Work even in Patt Stitch until piece meas 10 1/2 (11 1/4)” from CO, end with a WSR.
Shape Armholes
At beg of next 2 rows, BO 3 sts and work to end in patt. At beg of foll 4 rows, BO 2 sts and work to end in patt. Dec row (RS): Dec 1 st, work to last 2 sts in patt, Dec 1 st.  Work 1 WSR in patt.  Rep these 2 rows, once more [82 (91) sts].  Work even in patt until armhole meas 6 1/2 (7)”, end with a WSR.
Shape Neck
Next row (RS): Work 27 (30) sts in patt, join new ball of yarn and BO center 28 (31) sts for Back neck, and work rem 27 (30) sts in patt.
Left Shoulder and Neck: Work 1 WS row in patt.  At beg of next row (RS), BO 2 sts and work to end in patt. Work 1 WSR in patt. At beg of next row (RS), dec 1 st and work to end in patt.  BO rem 24 (27) sts.
Rep for Right Shoulder and Neck, rev all shapings.

FRONT
With A and B, CO 101 (109) sts as foll: with B, CO 38 (41) sts, and with A, CO 63 (68) sts. Twisting yarns on all rows at color change using the intarsia method, work as for Back until armhole meas 5 1/8 (5 1/2)”, end with a WSR.
Shape Neck
Next row (RS): Work 30 (33) sts in patt, join new ball of yarn and BO center 22 (25) sts for Front neck, and work rem 30 (33) sts in patt.
Right Shoulder: Work 1 WSR in patt. Next row (RS): BO 2 sts, work to end in patt.  Rep these 2 rows once.  Work 1 WSR in patt.  Next row (RS): Dec 1 st at beg of row and work to end in patt.  Rep these 2 rows once.  Work even in patt until armhole meas 7 1/8 (7 1/2)”, ending on a WS row.  BO rem 24 (27) sts.
Rep for Left Shoulder and Neck, rev all shapings.
